Development Coordinator


Epic Homes is growing and we are looking for a Development Coordinator to join our team to help us sell a new 650 home master-planned community in Maple Ridge.

In this role, you will help take the lead in helping to source residential projects and then assist in managing from due diligence through to the completion of the municipal entitlement process. With an opportunity to have a significant impact on the projects you work on, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in management and administration of development files with municipal governments to ensure approvals, zoning and permits are delivered per the project schedule;
  • Liaising with project stakeholders including consultants and internal departments to move the project forward, find value add opportunities and execute on project budget;
  • Reviewing and providing input on approving drawings and specifications
  • Researching and collecting due diligence for potential development sites
  • Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and analyzing future land acquisitions

  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to write, research and analyze data
  • MS Office Skills – Excel, Word, & Powerpoint
  • Post-secondary Degree
  • Access to a vehicle for visiting project sites, consultant offices, and municipalities
  • 1-year minimum experience in the real estate development industry
  • An understanding of real estate concepts, the development process, and land use policy
